The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of the Grand Theater - National Opera in Warsaw, including insurance; property, civil liability, loss of income, electronics, property in transport during domestic and foreign trips as well as medical costs, the consequences of accidents and assistance during domestic and foreign trips of employees and persons working on behalf of the Theater.

1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance for the Grand Theater - National Opera in Warsaw, including:

1) property insurance;

2) liability insurance - contractual and tort liability;

3) income loss insurance;

4) insurance of electronics broken down into stationary and portable electronics, software and costs related to data recovery from all risks;

5) insurance of property in transport (including decorations, costumes, means of staging and production of performances and exhibitions) during national trips of the Grand Theater - National Opera,

6) insurance of property in transport (including decorations, costumes, means of staging and production of performances and exhibitions) during foreign trips of the Grand Theater - National Opera,

7) insurance of medical expenses, accident and assistance during domestic and foreign trips of employees and persons working on behalf of the Grand Theater - National Opera,

8) insurance of volunteers against the consequences of accidents in Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 to the ToR entitled Order description. The method of implementation of the subject of the contract and the principles of cooperation between the Employer and the Contractor are presented in Annex 8 to the ToR - contract template.

3. The Contractor may make a local vision of the Grand Theater building - after prior consultation with the person for substantive matters indicated in Chapter XI item 1 item 1) of the Terms of Reference.
