Urban and operational project management mission for the development of the programme of public infrastructure facilities of the ZAC Republic
The project management services to be carried out under this Framework Agreement relate to the public infrastructure infrastructure programme (27,245 m2 to be developed) and the corresponding networks. The framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum or maximum amount. It is passed pursuant to articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement is single-award and will result in subsequent contracts. The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works is estimated at EUR 5 150 000 excluding VAT.
