The procurement will result in the purchase of a self-propelled and land-based multifunctional floating dredger (new or used, release year 2018 or later) with accessories (bucket, milling pump). The technical specifications are given in Annex II - Technical Specifications of HD.

The dredger and accessories will be handed over to the supplier (purchaser) in AS Saarte Liinid harbor - Roomassaare harbor (Roomassaare tee 12, Kuressaare, Saaremaa rural municipality, Saare county, Republic of Estonia) with training (2 persons) not later than 4 months after the award.
