9. Mixing frequency (not less than 10 cycles per minute to a minimum of 30 cycles per minute) and deep angle of deflection of the dish for accurate mixing with anticoagulant. The mixing cycle must begin after approximately 10 ml of blood has flowed into the container. The device must provide weighing with an accuracy of not less than 3 grams. The interval time in the mixing cycle must not exceed 2 seconds. The blood must be stirred at each stage of the donation, both when it enters the container and after the clamp is automatically closed during sampling after donation. 16. It makes it possible to compare the read donation codes from the container and from the tubes and to prevent blood samples from being taken into tubes covered with the wrong codes.

17. Battery and mains power supply (efficient battery system, minimum 8 hours of operation on one set of batteries in non-data mode and at least 3 hours in data mode.

18. The device has a manual welding machine:

a) unfolding the welding head for cleaning without the use of tools,

b) welding all types of drains at blood collection containers without the need to adjust the device,

c) welding time up to 3s,

d) welds with perforation allowing separation without the use of sharp tools,

e) automatic initiation of the drain welding process after placing the drain in the head and tightening the head,

(f) at least a visual alarm indicating incorrect welding of the drain or its leakage.

19. Control panel mounted at a height that allows the device to be operated in an upright position without having to bend over the moisture mixer.

20. A display directed towards the donor informing him about the stage of donation and about the decrease in flow or other solutions informing about the decrease in flow and the degree of advancement of donation – mobilizing the donor to work with his hand.
