The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to a purchasing group in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024.

Total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 is 2611.51 MWh.

2. A description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 4 to the Terms of Reference. The model agreement is included in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference.

3. Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the implementing regulations thereto and the Polish Standards

4. The Seller undertakes to submit, on behalf of the Customer, to the Distribution System Operator competent for the Customer, a notification on the conclusion of an agreement for the sale of electricity.

5. The current Operator of the Contracting Authority's Distribution System is :P GE Dystrybucja S.A., Białystok Branch, 13 Elektryczne Street, 15-950 Białystok.
