Service contract (framework contract) for the production and provision of catering services as well as the assumption of further services for the day care facilities of the city of Neckarsulm in 2 lots
The contract is concluded with the knockdown and ends on 31.08.2025.
The client has the option to extend the contract no later than 6 months before the end of the contract by another year up to a maximum contract term of 4 years - maximum until 31.08.2027.
Start of performance is 01.09.2023.
