The contract is a single-awarded framework agreement for subsequent contracts, concluded for an initial period of 2 years and tacitly renewable for a further period of 2 years. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 250,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for each period, i.e. a maximum of 500,000 euro(s) excl. tax over the maximum period of 4 years. The maximum amount of the framework agreement corresponds to the maximum budget for all events to be organised (including the holder's remuneration and organisational costs)
