The clients of the assignment are the municipalities of Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doetinchem, Montferland, East Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek and Winterswijk.

This tendering of the eight participating municipalities takes place on the basis of a European tender under the regime of social and other specific services, Articles 2.38 and 2.39 of the Public Procurement Act.

The assignment concerns the Serious Single Dyslexia Care (EED) service.

This request for quotation contains information that interested parties need to get an idea of the content of the assignment in order to be able to decide whether or not to submit a Tender. The client has carefully compiled the content and has also made use of various market consultations.

This request for quotation is intended for exclusive use by interested parties, for the purpose of submitting a tender.

The contract will be awarded to a minimum of three and a maximum of five tenderers.

Goals:

a) schools, dyslexia care providers and municipalities are jointly responsible for providing all young people within this segment with good quality and appropriate reading and spelling education and dyslexia care (EED) in a timely manner;

b) more knowledge exchange and cooperation between education, care and municipalities, so that children with reading and spelling problems receive early and appropriate help

c) the prevalence of dyslexia within the eight Achterhoek municipalities is at the level of the standard of 4.1% in 2023.
