This consultation concerns a project management contract relating to the redevelopment of the Avenue du Peuple belge in Lille. The Avenue du Peuple Belge project aims to transform the landscape of this major area of the City of Lille. The orientations of the Avenue du Peuple Belge project are the result of a citizen participation process via a large-scale consultation carried out in 2022 which made it possible to retain, among 4 scenarios presented, the scenario of the park. The program is based on 3 main thematic pillars: plants as a carrier of biodiversity and a powerful air conditioner, water in its natural dimension and time as a value. Today the Belgian people are a place of passage, 40% of which is dedicated to cars, and tomorrow they will be a destination with a metropolitan influence.
