The initiative includes:
For the Bank of Italy.
– a public cloud service with a Software as a Service (SaaS) fee configured to be completely independent from the operation of the Institute's IT systems for the management of emergency communication with 7,100 subscriptions, according to the multi-channel logic, which can be increased by a further 1,800 units with a consequent increase in fee;
– a body-based test environment sized to manage 100 users;
– initial specialist services for activation assistance, customisation of the operating environment and staff training;
– an annual quantity of SMS messages and telephone calls included in the fee for the above service with the option to extend the quantities according to consumption with 40 packages of 10,000 additional SMS and 8 packages of 10,000 additional "voice calls";
– specialist assistance services based on consumption up to a maximum of 160 person-hours.
For IVASS.
– the public cloud service at the above fee with 420 subscriptions according to the multi-channel logic, which can be increased by a further 150 units with a consequent increase in fee;
– an annual quantity of SMS messages and telephone calls included in the fee for that service.
The contract concerns an open procedure pursuant to Art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments for the acquisition of a platform for the management of emergency communication for the needs of the Bank of Italy and IVASS
