The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of equipment and the delivery of equipment together with the installation for the construction of the "Smart Spaces" service as part of the "System of intelligent campus services" in the PIONIER-LAB project National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems.

Delivery and installation of an intelligent monitoring system

1. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract.

2. Locations (places of delivery or places of delivery and installation) of the subject of the contract covered:

(a) the part of the contract concerned;

(b) the relevant requirements under part of the contract in the case of successive deliveries with allocation to individual recipients;

are indicated in Part IV of the SWZ and Annex 2 to the model contract.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and shall be obliged to perform the services resulting therefrom. The requirements for the guarantee are set out in Part III of the SWZ, with the model agreement being separate for parts 1 - 2, and separate for parts 3-5.

4. The delivered item of the order must be factory new, not displayed in exhibitions, complete and technically operational. The statement 'factory new' shall mean the item of the order originally packaged, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.

5. The subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims by third parties.

6. The delivered item of the order must come from the distribution channel of the producer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the fulfillment of warranty rights.

7. The subject of the order must be properly delivered or delivered and installed to individual receiving entities along with manuals, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual receiving entities will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation.

8. The procurement item delivered for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with an appropriate number of power cables to connect it to standard power outlets, unless otherwise indicated in Part IV SWZ.

9. The object of the contract offered on the date of preparation of the tender may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.

10. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of conducting an on-site inspection (applies to parts No. 1 and 2) in individual locations (at individual receiving entities). An on-the-spot inspection is not a condition for participation in the proceedings. The contractor will carry out the site inspection at his own expense. The manner and date of the on-site inspection without the right to provide information about the subject of the contract should be agreed with the representatives of individual receiving entities, in accordance with point I.3.13 SWZ; Since on-site inspection is not obligatory, Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL does not apply.

11. The scope of the subject of the contract (concerns parts No. 1 and 2) also includes conducting instructions for persons designated by individual recipients, including the operation of devices, configuration and maintenance of the software and devices provided.

12. After delivery, installation and configuration of the complete system (applies to parts No. 1 and 2), the contractor is obliged to prepare as-built documentation for individual entities receiving it.

13. On the date of acceptance, each system must be complete and ready for use (applies to parts 1 and 2). The elements included in the subject of the contract must be prepared and connected electrically in accordance with the art and the current legal status.

Delivery with installation of intelligent monitoring system with edge processing
