The purpose of these specifications is to entrust the management of the nursery school "Il Nido sul Castello".

The design and management of the service must refer to and pursue the purposes and objectives indicated in Regional Law 32/2002 "Consolidated text of the legislation of the Tuscany Region on education, education, guidance, vocational training and work" and its Implementing Regulation 30.07.2013.

The realization of the service must take place not only in compliance with the legislative and regulatory indications of the Tuscany Region, in accordance with the requirements of the municipal legislation for the accreditation of childcare services.
