The subject of the contract is the delivery of 49 500 pcs. brand new cast iron brake blocks DO-380 B with expansion joints for electric multiple units.
Delivery of brake inserts1. The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 1 is the supply of cast iron brake blocks DO-380 B with expansion joints in the amount of 2 500 pcs.
2. The Contracting Authority shall require that:
1) the subject of the contract was in accordance with the ZN-07/PKP CARGO 8 standard,
2) brake blocks were of the highest quality, made of high phosphorus cast iron resistant to abrasion in grade P10 according to ZN-07 / PKP CARGO 4, Polish standard PN-K-88151: 2002 and UIC 832 card issued by the International Union of Railways,
3) for the subject of the contract, the Contractor had a Certificate of Admission to Service of a typical element of a rail vehicle issued by the Office of Rail Transport (formerly the Chief Railway Inspector).
3. The detailed manner and scope of the contract has been specified in the Terms of Reference.
4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, in which the Contracting Authority refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall allow the use of equivalent solutions. If equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the offered technical parameters in relation to the subject of the contract.
5. Deliveries of the subject of the order will be carried out for a period of 6 months, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract.
6. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor grants at least a 12-month quality guarantee for the subject of the contract, counting from the date of signing the delivery document by the Contracting entity.
