This public contract consists of the execution of repair work on the waterproofing of inaccessible flat roofs with steel tray support (buildings A, B, C and D according to the nomenclature established during the diagnostic phase) and concrete (adjoining roof terrace in building B) as well as upkeep / maintenance work on roofs with concrete support (buildings E and F).

The contract mainly includes /

- all temporary site installations, anti-fall protection and other means of site securing;

- the supply, transport and installation of all materials, products and construction components required to obtain perfect waterproofing of structures;

- establishment of execution plans, drawings and details;

- all scaffolding, apparatus, machinery or lifting (or lowering) devices necessary for carrying out the work;

- temporary evacuations;

- all piercings, grooves, fillings, seals, fittings, etc. under the conditions specified in the contractual documents or which are required by the rules of the art;

- the fixing of the works according to the requirements of the CCTP and with regard to the professional uses in force;

- the removal of all rubble from the works and cleaning during and after the works;

- tests including leak testing;

- the constitution of a File of executed works (DOE), plans and diagrams, product notices, technical opinions, etc.
