The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

- delivering an HRM system that meets all requirements and commitments in answers to open questions,

- implementing the system,

- migrating information from current systems,

- technical management and maintenance of the delivered software solution during the remaining contract period,

- the realization of integration and linkage with existing and possible future applications in accordance with required links and data flows,

- training employees, key users, managers and administrators.

The size of the assignment can be measured by the number of employees at Stichting De Drie AOCs (Stichting Wellant approx. 1,650, Citaverde College approx. 420 and Helicon Opleidingen approx. 800). In total, this concerns 2 870 employees (2 135 FTE). In addition, approximately 150 non-salaried employees are registered in the HRM system.
