The client intends to award planning services for the implementation of renovation measures for the Realschule plus / technical college in Traben-Trarbach (fire protection, accident protection, accessibility, general renovation work). The subject of the tender is in lot 1 the property planning (service phases (LP) 1-9 in the sense of § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI), in lot 2 the planning of the technical building equipment (TGA) for the plant group (AG) 1-3 (LP 1-9 in the sense of §§ 53, 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI) and in lot 3 the planning of the building services for the AG 4-6 (LP 1- 9 in connection with §§ 53, 55 in connection with Annex 15 HOAI). The estimated value of the contract is EUR 130.52 (net) for lot 1 233, EUR 228.53 (net) for lot 2 40 and EUR 3 132 909.13 (net) for lot 3.

Part of the services to be awarded in lot 3 is the creation and updating of the technical part of the room books in LP 2, 3 and the participation in the creation of the funding application by the property planner (including an explanatory report, preparation of a cost calculation separately for the areas of fire / Accident protection, accessibility, educational measures and pure renovations as well as the implementation of economic feasibility studies / life cycle cost calculation), in LP 3 including all documents required by the funding agency, insofar as and to the extent that the specialist planning services of the contractor are affected. A step-by-step assignment is planned (step 1: LP 1-3, step 2: LP 4-9). If the contract is awarded by December 31, 2020, the contract will be based on the engineering contract lot 3 HOAI (2013). If the contract is awarded from January 1, 2021, the contract will be based on the engineering contract lot 3 (HOAI 2021).
