The purpose of this consultation is to build a tennis club and annex dressing rooms-football stands within the sports and school park of the ZAC Cluster des Médias, in the town of Le Bourget (93).

The contract includes: a design phase (project management mission: AVP development, BIM development AVP, PC, PRO and BIM PRO; including SSI) and a realization phase (MOE mission in execution: DET, BIM DET, VISA, EXE, OPC, AOR and BIM AOR as well as construction work for the two sports facilities: preparatory work - site installation - piloting, VRD and exterior fittings, closed-roof work, finishing work, technical lots , supply and installation of equipment including exterior and interior signage).
