1. The subject of the order is "Supply of 6 pieces of brand new low-floor city buses with electric drive along with a dedicated traction battery charging system for Miejski Zakład Komunikacji SA in Ostrów Wielkopolski"
1.1 The design of the buses and the solutions applied are to guarantee the operation of the buses assuming an average of 70,000 km of annual mileage.
1.2 The technical solutions used must be checked, implemented for mass production, and their reliability must be confirmed at least in operational tests.
1.3 The buses offered cannot be prototypes and must be on the current sale offer and be produced in a similar set of at least 3 copies. A bus with similar configuration (as offered) is considered to be a bus with the same external dimensions, the same arrangement of doors and windows, equipped with the same type of drive. The prototype is the first copy of something, made according to the prepared documentation, on which tests and trials are carried out to check the correctness of the documentation and its functioning before starting serial production
1.4 The bus is to be made of parts, assemblies and materials available on the EU market and available in the service network.
1.5. The design of the buses offered and all other elements made by the bus manufacturer are to be made of non-rusting or non-rusting materials. If hard-rusting materials are used, the bus must have anti-corrosion protection made in a closed technological cycle.
1.6 The buses offered must be constructed in such a way as to enable their trouble-free long-term operation at ambient air temperatures in shaded places from -25
1.7 The ordered buses are to be made using the latest technology and workshop knowledge to ensure trouble-free operation with minimal ongoing maintenance work. Materials that have been tested and approved for business use are to be used for production.
1.8. The bus is to be driven by an electric motor (s) with a capacity of at least 160 kW, powered by a 200 kWh electricity storage facility.
1.9 Buses are to have 5-field pantographs mounted on the roof allowing charging traction batteries with a current of at least 200 kW charging without affecting the reduction of the life time of batteries, accumulators, supercapacitors or others. Lifting and contact of the pantograph head with the pantograph charger plate is to take place only when the vehicle is stopped (it is not allowed to drive with the pantograph raised, as well as to raise or lower it while driving).
