The objects of procurement are 2 sets of contracts:
A) multi-service work at the Hehku Activity Centre and cleaning services at the following locations: Tredu Hepolamminkatu, Tredu Kangasala, Tredu Orivesi, Pyynikintie 2; Temporary facilities for general upper secondary education and basic education, Midsummer Village School; Tammerkoski schoolhouse and Eräjärvi health station.
B) cleaning services at the following locations: Tampere ice rink (Hakametsä ice rinks Haka 1 and Haka 2), Tampere stadium (Ratina stadium), Tullinkulma, Tullintori; Employment and Growth Services premises 3rd and 4th floor, Pendoliino; Employment and growth services premises and Åkerlundinkatu 8 (Platform 6).
Target Demo:
The client organizes one presentation / contract package. For a target presentation, the group size limit is 2 persons per bidder. You must register for the target presentations by 17.4.2023 at hankinnat@voimia.fi.
On 20.4.2023, the objects of the contract entity A will be presented. Gathering at 8.30 a.m. in the main lobby of the Tammerkoski schoolhouse.
On 21.4.2023, the objects of the contract entity B will be presented. Gathering at 9.00 at hakametsän Haka 1 player entrance.
There will be no site presentations at eräjärvi health station, Pyynikintie 2 and Tullintori 4th floor. Bids for these items are made on the basis of the tender material.
The site presentations complement the tender material, e.g. the surface materials and the windows of the premises, as well as the structures of the sites, are on display in the presentation. Participation in the presentations of all the items to be presented is mandatory and is a prerequisite for submitting a bid.
