Turun Hour Juna Oy (hereinafter also referred to as “Subscriber” and “Procurement Unit”) requests offers for supplementary rock sample and drill studies relating to the tunnel sections of the Espoo-Salo Oikorada line plan.

The procedure is an accelerated open procedure, since the acquisition is in a special hurry. The contracting entity has not been able to compete for this acquisition prior to the conclusion of certain critical contracts and there were unexpected delays in the conclusion of these contracts. The design of the track plan is built on top of previous studies and appropriate follow-up measures cannot be taken in the event of flaws in the groundwork. Accordingly, the contracting entity should receive the object of this acquisition undertaken as a matter of urgency so that the contracting entity can contribute to the development of the line plan within the planned timeframe.
