SEMITAN operates the bus and tramway network on behalf of Nantes Métropole. In addition to the rolling stock, it is responsible for all the buildings made available to it to carry out its mission as an operator (CETEX - Technical Operations Center-, workshops, stations, operating buildings, social and administrative buildings, etc., etc.). It is therefore required to take the necessary measures to maintain the safety of all the installations entrusted to it by the organising authority.

- surveillance (rounds)

-Monitoring

The contract is broken down into a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches as follows:

- tf: Surveillance, guarding, remote monitoring services for the sites of Dalby, Le Bêle, Trentemoult, Saint Herblain, Trocardière, La Vertonne, Espace mobilité in Nantes.

- To1: Guarding services at the Babinière site (June 2025).

- To2: Non-package services.

Optional tranche No. 2 is a purchase order tranche that will be strengthened by order of service, if applicable. It was passed without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 500,000 euros excluding VAT over the entire duration of the contract, including renewals.

The duration of the firm tranche shall be 24 months from the date of notification of the contract. This tranche will be extended by one year, in the event of renewal of the duration of the contract.

The duration of optional tranche No. 1 is 6 months from the service order prescribing its start-up. This tranche will be extended by one year in the event of renewal of the duration of the contract.

This tranche may be strengthened no later than 18 months after the date of notification of the contract.

The duration of optional tranche No 2 shall be 24 months from the date of notification of the contract. This tranche will be extended by one year, in case of renewal of the duration of the contract
