Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) [the Agency for Water and Sewage] needs canteen services at Herslebs gate 5 og Tvetenveien 20, as well as a need for delivery of course/meeting food, overtime food and serving at various events for our employees. There is a need for catering to be supplier to all of our locations.

Delivery of canteen services to Tvetenveien 20 and Herslebs gate 5 will contain conditions for changes of location/addresses, or partial termination when moving from our premises to new premises.

The framework agreement is non-exclusive. The contracting authority retains the right to enter into agreements/contracts with other suppliers that partially overlap the framework agreement, where the contracting authority finds this appropriate.

The total value of the framework agreement is NOK 32 million excluding VAT including options. The value is calculated on the basis that the canteen operation will be financed by contributions (operation subsidy) from VAV, ordering of catering and payment from the individual when purchasing in the canteen.

The specific call-offs are depending on the agency’ changing need in the contract period. It is emphasised that the framework agreement does not entail any purchase obligation for VAV.
