The contest concerns framework agreements for excavation services with delivery of material and masses as needed. Tenderers must be able to offer both excavation and transport of masses.
The machinery and masses shall be provided in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements. The contracting authority will provide pipes and pipe fittings unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has purchased equivalent services for NOK 1 million — NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per year during the last 3 years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.

Lots/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.
Framework agreement.
The contract will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying provisions on seriousness.
The duration of the framework agreement will be from and including 5 July 2021 until and including 4 July 2023, with an option for the contracting authority to further extend the agreement for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) supplier.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
