For the conversion of the former slag bunker of the Burgkirchen waste-to-energy plant into an intermediate waste bunker, partial project management services must be provided in accordance with § 2 AHO No. 9. The service covers all areas of action of project stages 3 - 5.

The contractor manages the project himself until it is ready for approval. From the implementation planning (LP5 HOAI), project management is to be carried out by the contractor. The previous planning results will be made available with the tender documents.

The award procedure is divided into 2 stages: In an open participation competition (1st stage), interested companies can apply to participate in the negotiated procedure. For this purpose, required exclusion, selection and suitability criteria must be met and proven. In the case of applications with the same number of points, the decision will be made by lot in accordance with § 75 para. 6 VgV. The bidders selected for the 2nd stage can introduce themselves personally to the client in a negotiation meeting. The contract will be awarded to the tender which achieves the highest number of points overall according to the evaluation of the award criteria (see section II.2.5).
