The purpose of this consultation is to produce a daily local, regional, national, specialised, web and social media (Twitter, Facebook) press review on subjects concerning Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole and the City of Montpellier.

This consultation will be the subject of a "composite" framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated in the form of an ordinary contract, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders.
