The order shall cover the collection and development of the specified in the description of the object of the contract (as set out in Annex 5 to SWZ) of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the Community of Mount Kalwaria and from the PSZOK, in a way that ensures that the recycling levels specified in Article 3b (1) (1) and (2) of the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities of 13 September 1996 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the law, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) for Masovia and in accordance with the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order in force at the time of the contract in force of Góra Kalwaria.
