The subject of this order is the supply of red meat, poultry and red meat sausages and poultry to the 6th WOG Ustka in 2024.
The procedure consists of three tasks, and the Contractor may submit a bid for one or more tasks.
Task I – Supply of red meat to the 6th WOG in 2024;
Task II – Supply of red meat, poultry sausages and animal fats to the 6th WOG in 2024;
Task III – Supply of poultry meat to the 6th WOG in 2024;
Delivery of red meat to 6 WOG in 2024;the subject of the order is the supply of red meat to 6 WOGs in 2024. Deliveries will be made
3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) on working days from 7.30 to 11.00 (for working days
days from Monday to Friday are considered to be in addition to public holidays).
The quantities of the goods and the value of the deliveries together with the application of the right of option specified in the contract are quantities and
planned values. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce in writing the accepted
in the contract, the quantity, value and frequency of deliveries in situations that the Ordering Party could not foresee
at the time of its conclusion (e.g. restructuring of the armed forces, changes in the number of people fed). The value of the contract will be
then the final value of the deliveries actually made.
