Procurement of framework agreements for job advertisements

This offer relates to 'job advertisement', i.e. handle and secure display of job ads on a job portal based on the customer's ordering.

“Job ads” are limited to ads that are locked on portals where the main purpose or one of the main purposes of the portal is to disseminate job ads. This offering did not include the purchase of advertising space/banner ads and ads through social media/digital ads alone, postings in print media, etc.

The tender for 18 framework agreements. One framework agreement focusing on broad exposure (Framework Agreement 1) and 17 Framework Agreements focusing on a number of specialised areas, e.g. IT, Law etc. (Framework Agreement 2-18).

Contracting entities hold an information meeting via Skype on 20/09-21 at 10-12. Read more in point 4.4 of the tender conditions.

The total estimated quantity for all the framework agreements is expected to be 15,172 recruiters. The maximum total quantity for all the Framework Agreements is 18,213 recruiters as set out in section 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 1 - “Wide Exposure”

The aim of Framework Agreement 1 is to be able to recruit through a broad exposure portal. See in Annex 3A in more detail.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 7,700 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement is 9,240 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in section 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 10 - Engineers

The aim of Framework Agreement 10 is to be able to recruit engineers, i.e. ship engineers, IT engineers, environmental engineers, electrical engineers, chemical engineers, etc.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 236 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 284 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 11 - Maritime Jobs

The aim of Framework Agreement 11 is to be able to recruit posts in the maritime area, i.e. maritime jobs.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 60 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement is 72 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 12 - Leaders - Higher Level

The aim of Framework Agreement 12 is to be able to recruit managers, i.e. those with managerial responsibility/staff responsibilities as well as higher management responsibilities (deputy directors, heads of department and directors) from pay steps 37 upwards.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 352 recruiters for the duration of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 423 recruitments over the life of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 13 - Leaders - Lower Level

The aim of Framework Agreement 13 is to be able to recruit managers, i.e. those with managerial responsibility/staff responsibilities up to and including salary step 36.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 228 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 274 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 14 - Laborants and Pharmaconomes

The aim of Framework Agreement 14 is to be able to recruit laborants and pharmaconomers.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 20 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 24 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 15 - Scientist/Scientific Employee

The aim of Framework Agreement 15 is to be able to recruit scientists, such as PhDs, post.docs or senior scientists, particularly in the fields of science and health sciences.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 60 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement is 72 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework appointment 16 - Doctor/Chief Medical Officer

The aim of Framework Agreement 16 is to be able to recruit doctors and superdoctors i.e., cand.med.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 104 recruiters for the duration of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 125 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement, as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 17 - Pharmaceutical background

The aim of Framework Agreement 17 is to be able to recruit pharmacists, i.e. MSCIENT.pharm, human biologists and MSCIENT.med.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 60 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement is 72 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 18 - Health professional

The aim of framework agreement 18 is to be able to recruit graduates with a health professional background, i.e. nurses, physiotherapists, bioanalysts and midwives etc.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 44 recruiters during the term of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement shall be 53 recruiters for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 2 - Students/Pupils/Interns

The aim of Framework Agreement 2 is to be able to recruit students, students and trainees.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 764 recruiters for the duration of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 917 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 3 - IT Jobs

The aim of Framework Agreement 3 is to be able to recruit IT professionals. For example, it could be Business Developers, Product Owners, IT Supporters, IT Architects, IT Project Managers, Application Managers, Business Analysts etc.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 1,156 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 1,388 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 4 - Jurists

The aim of Framework Agreement 4 is to be able to recruit jurists, i.e. both cand.merc.jur. and cand.jur.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 1,132 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 1,359 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement, as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 5 - Economists

The aim of Framework Agreement 5 is to be able to recruit economists. For example, it could be cand.polit, MSc, cand.oecon.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 1,004 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement is 1,205 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 6 - Analysis and Data

The aim of Framework Agreement 6 is to be able to recruit candidates for statistics, data and analysis work. It could, for example, be cand.scient. in e.g. math or cand.polit. or cand.scient.pol.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 756 recruiters for the duration of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 908 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 7 - Journalists/Communications

The aim of Framework Agreement 7 is to be able to recruit journalists or communications staff.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 148 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this Framework Agreement is 178 recruitments over the life of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 8 - Other ACs

The aim of Framework Agreement 8 is to be able to recruit academic-generalists. For example, it could be MSc. Scient.adm, magistre, political science makers, generalists including project managers, organisational developers, business owners or executive secretaries.

The estimated quantity for this framework agreement is expected to be 1,056 recruiters over the life of the framework agreement. The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 1,268 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.

Framework Agreement 9 - HK/OfficeJobs/Administrative employees

The aim of Framework Agreement 9 is to be able to recruit HKs, administrative staff and similar functions within office.

The maximum quantity for this framework agreement is 351 recruitments for the duration of the Framework Agreement as set out in point 3.4 of the Framework Agreement on quantitative enlargement.
