Hurum Health Centre shall include 110 beds divided between a total of 5 departments, 2 day centres, a number of other health related functions and a production kitchen. Gardens, access and parking shall be developed for the building.

Hurum Health Centre is a turnkey contract that includes all aspects for the establishment of a new health centre in Skoglundveien in Hurum municipality. The building must be BREEAM Excellent certified and established as a Plus House in accordance with the Futurebuilt standard.
