The subject of the contract is the execution and transfer to the Ordering Party:

1) complete design and cost estimate documentation, hereinafter referred to as the Documentation, concerning the renovation of the building at 3 Maja 4a/4b Street, taking into account the decision of the National Inspectorate of Land Administration, obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative approvals, transferring copyrights to the documentation (Stage I) and

2) performing author's supervision during the implementation of the project performed on the basis of the Documentation constituting the subject of this agreement (Stage II).

The subject of the contract is described in the guidelines (Annex 8 to the SWZ) for the development of documentation, constituting an attachment to the contract and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract.
