Construction of 110 housing units including 30% in social rental and 70% in social accession in BRS + 800 m 2 of shops and/or accommodation type youth hostel in Tarnos center, island 2 Serpa. A complete mission MOP +OPC law: ESQ+APS+APD+PRO+ACT+VISA (partial or total according to what foresees act of commitment) + partial or nil EXE (as provided for in the act of commitment) + with summary study +DET+AOR (management period GPA desired specified in the CCTP) + OPC as specified in the proposed contractual documents (act of commitment, CCTP, CCAG), will be vested in the selected contractor.
