1 * Employee in temporary employment for the area of "virus protection management"

The Brandenburg-based IT service provider intends to employ full-time employees on site at ZIT-BB as part of a temporary employment contract,

on the subject of "Virus Protection Management".

The service is required immediately after the award of the contract for a period of up to 18 months.

The services listed below are to be provided in particular:

o Operation of the central virus protection management using the products from TrendMicro and F-Secure

- Monitoring the functionality of all components of the central anti-virus management system

- Central monitoring of all monitored systems

- Updating patterns

- Integration of systems into the central virus protection

- Providing updates to the departments that operate the systems

- Exchange with the manufacturers of the malware detection software, especially in the case of

Critical threat situations

- Individual malicious code analysis

o Processing of security incidents and vulnerabilities

- Initiation or processing of incidents and changes via a central ticket system

- Documentation of security incidents

- Consulting and operational communication with ZIT-BB departments and customers

- Support of the head of CERT
