Bergen Vann KF intends to enter into a Framework Agreement for the hire and operation of a complete system for monitoring the sewage network. The scope will be level, speed and quantity measurements in partially filled pipes in the sewage network, precipitation measurements and monitoring overflow.
Bergen Vann KF will interpret the results itself. Bergen Vann KF will have one person available for moves and assembly, and there will not, therefore, be a need for more than one person from the tenderer's side. The tenderer is expected to be available for support and discussions on questions about technical measurements, estimated to approx. 5 hours a month. This is to be priced into the monthy fee.
Quantity and precipitation measurements:
precipitation and precipitation intensity must be measured in selected places in the run area. It must be possible to put all of these parameters in the same graph for comparison, also between measuring points.
From experience, the scope at any one time is approx. 25 measuring points for quantity and approx. 3 precipitation stations. The measuring points will need to be moved approx. 5 times per month, a total of s60 moves per annum. The precipitation metres will be moved according to need, estimated to 3 times a year, total 9 moves. The meters are to be moved after an order is received from Bergen Vann KF.
Monitoring overflow:
Periphery overflows are to be monitored, i.e., overflows that are not directly connected to Bergen Vann's pump stations.
The scope is expected to be continual monitoring of approx. 30 overflows in the contract period.
