The target of the procurement is the implementation of the city of Oulainen's new wastewater treatment plant and its new demolition pipeline as a kvr contract.

The City of Oulainen is asking for your offer for the KVR contract for the new wastewater treatment plant in Oulainen. The client is the City of Oulainen. The contract shall comprise all the work specified in the attached tendering specifications, including design, manufacture, procurement and installation fully completed, and any work not mentioned in the documents required for the completion of a work meeting the quality requirements. The contract is implemented as a kvr contract (total responsibility construction), in which the contractor acts as the main contractor of the project. Procurement is a public procurement, the procurement procedure is an open procedure. A procurement is a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold.

The tender documents have been drawn up in Finnish. The tenderer shall be responsible for all necessary translations of the tender documents. The Finnish-language documents will be attached to the works contract and will take precedence over the other language versions in the order of qualification. The developer does not pay compensation for the preparation of the offer.
