For lot 1, the tender concerns a 'social tender' and is reserved for 'social entrepreneurs' as described in art. 2.82 of the Public Procurement Act 2012. In accordance with art. 2.82 of the Public Procurement Act 2012, participation in this procurement procedure is reserved for social workplaces and for entrepreneurs whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people. At least 30% of the employees of these workshops or companies are disabled or disadvantaged employees. Entrepreneurs who cannot meet the social requirements set out in this tender document will not be admitted to the tender.

Lot 3: concerns 7 locations with a total of approximately 4 850 m 2 floor area. Within the location, offices / meeting rooms, sanitary rooms, classrooms and traffic areas are distinguished.

Lot 4: concerns 12 locations with a total of around 12 165 m 2 floor area. Within the location, offices / meeting rooms, sanitary rooms, classrooms and traffic areas are distinguished.
