Supply of electrical and electrotechnical components high current and low current for the benefit of the centers of the Technical
Directorate

As part of their missions, the centers of the Technical Directorate of the DGA must acquire equipment, tools, products and spare parts in the field of electrical and electrical engineering high current and low current. This is why the framework agreement provides for the possibility of acquiring these supplies via electronic catalogues by acquisition card but also by conventional purchase orders. The framework agreement is planned for a period of five years with a maximum amount of €2,083,333.33 excluding VAT.

The product families that will be present in the framework agreement are:

Family 1 – Cabling accessories

Family 2 - Connectors

Family 3 - Control and protection

Family 4 - Cables and wires

Family 5 - Pipes

Family 6 - Luminaires

Family 7 - Lamps

Family 8 - Phone – intercom

Family 9 - Power supplies, UPS, batteries and accumulators.

Family 10 - Transformers and power interfaces

Family 11- Control equipment

Family 12 - HVAC engineering

This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the

provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12

of the Public Order Code.

Pursuant to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the Public Order Code, it is a

framework agreement with purchase orders.

The maximum amount of the framework agreement is € 2,083,333.33 excluding VAT.

Payment by purchasing card will be implemented under the conditions of Article R 2392-13 of

Public Order Code.
