The city administration of Meissen intends to conclude a framework agreement with a lessor as part of the implementation of the collective agreement for the deduction of remuneration for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing). As an employer and lessee, the city administration of Meissen provides its employees with bicycles or pedelecs (leasing objects) for business and private use. Approximately 450 people are currently employed in the city administration of Meissen. 85 percent of these people are entitled to gross salary conversion. It is further assumed that a maximum of 15 percent of this will make use of the offer. A volume of approximately 55 individual leasing contracts is expected thereafter. The contract is concluded at a flat rate for all employees. The contractor assumes leasing and insurance of leased properties, services (maintenance/repair) for Meissen City Council (if applicable within the framework of a bidding association or with sub-contractors), as well as handling the order, return and claims processes. The employees who take advantage of the service bear the costs of the leased property in each case. Billing is done by way of a salary conversion. The individual leasing contracts based on the agreement have a fixed term of 36 months. The term of individual leasing contracts may outlast the term of the framework agreement. There is no minimum purchase quantity. Minimum conditions are specified for insurance.
