Supply of groceries

Supply of groceries. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum expressed in quantity but without a maximum within the meaning of Article R. 2162-4, 2 o of the public order code. The annual minimum contractual quantities per lot and per establishment are specified in Schedule 5 of the SCC.
