The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor (Operator) of passenger transport services in the field of public transport of public utility character in municipal passenger bus transport on communication lines running through the area of the Municipality of Jaświły and neighboring municipalities, with which the Municipality of Jaświły has concluded appropriate agreements in the field of public transport, including the provision of transport of people outside the Jaświły Commune to Białystok and Moniek. . A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contract together with attachments.
I. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor (Operator) of passenger transport services in the field of public transport of public utility character in municipal passenger bus transport on communication lines running through the area of the Municipality of Jaświły and neighboring municipalities, with which the Municipality of Jaświły has concluded appropriate agreements in the field of public transport, including the provision of transport of people outside the Municipality of Jaświły to Białystok and Moniek.
II. This service includes the carriage of passengers on the following communication lines:
1) Communication line No. 1: Jaświły – Jaświły through Dzięciołowo
2) Communication line no. 2: Jaświły – Jaświły through Szpakowo
3) Communication line no. 3: Jaświły – Jaświły through Brzozowa
4) Communication line no. 4: Jaświły – Mikicin through Brzozowa
5) Communication line no. 5: Jaświły – Jaświły via Mikicin
6) Communication line no. 6: Jaświły – Jaświły through Bobrowka
7) Communication line no. 7: Jaświły – Jaświły through Jadeszki
8) Communication line No. 8: Jaświły – Jaświły through Rutkowskie Duże
9) Communication line No. 9: Jaświły – Jaświły through Bagno
10) Communication line No. 10: Jaświły – Jaświły through Smogorówka Goniadzka
11) Communication line No. 11: Jaświły – Jaświły through the Council
12) Communication line No. 12: Jaświły – Jaświły via Dolistowo-Kolonia
13) Communication line No. 13: Jaświły – Jaświły through Gurbicze
14) Communication line no. 17: Dolistowo Stare-Zabiele-Dolistowo Stare
15) Communication line no. 15: Zabiele – commune border in the direction of Białystok
The length of the communication line is approx. 19.0 km in the municipality
Number of courses: 2 courses per day on weekdays and 1 course on Sunday
On this line, the Contracting Authority requires that the departure from the commune is located between 6.00-7.00 from Monday to Friday and from 15.00 to 17.00 on Sundays during school education; while the return course (departure from Białystok in the direction of Jaświły) was between 15.30-17.00 from Monday to Friday.
16) Communication line no. 16: Dolistowo Stare-Mikicin-Bobrówka in the direction of Moniek
The length of the communication line is approx. 19.0 km in the municipality
Number of courses: 2 courses per day on weekdays in months: January – June and September – December.
On this line, the Contracting Authority requires that the departure from the municipality in the direction of Moniek is between 7.30-7.45 from Monday to Friday and the return course (departure from Moniek in the direction of Jaświły) is located between 15.30-16.00 from Monday to Friday.
III. The Ordering Party assumes that the estimated total number of vehicle-kilometers in the entire period of service provision (3 years) will amount to approx. 295 715.00 wzkm (vehicle-kilometers).
IV. Access and downhill kilometers will be carried out at the expense of the Contractor.
V. The list of stops on individual communication lines constitutes Annex 1a to the Description of the subject of the contract.
VI. During the performance of the service, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of vehicle-kilometers by ± 20% (Article 433 point 4 of the PPL), i.e.:
VII. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the course and length of communication lines, as well as to change the number of stops on these lines.
