The subject of the contract is the construction of a complex of residential buildings along with land development, in the investment field of 7MW (in accordance with the division of the area into quarters according to the MPZP). The project is located in Poznań in the area of Literackia/Wiencka/Zawacka/Cegłowska/Konkiewicza streets in Poznań, on a plot with the registration number 1/82, ark. 14, precinct Golęcin. The scope of construction works included in the project includes residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, surface and underground car parks, accesses, elements of small architecture, installations and networks to the extent necessary for their proper functioning and obtaining all necessary conditions, decisions and arrangements together with the final decision on the occupancy permit (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment").
