Description:
Leasing of two 2-axle refuse collection vehicles

MOVAR wants to lease a total of two 2-axle refuse collection vehicles, with single chambers for waste collection for use in the waste collection division. Although MOVAR needs a total of 2 refuse collection vehicles, it is possible to submit tenders for only 1 vehicle. An operational leasing agreement must be offered. This means that the monthly leasing instalments shall not cover the entire value of the refuse collection vehicle, and it is assumed that the vehicle has a remaining value at the end of the leasing period, in accordance with the stipulated remaining value in the contract’s price form. The leasing contract result in no financial risk and control are being transferred to the Contracting Authority as in the case of a financial leasing contract. The leasing agreements are valid for 7 years. The vehicles must run on biogas or electricity.

If tenderers become aware that the tender contest contains requirements or contractual terms that are impossible to meet, or inadequate information required for submitting tenders, the contracting authority should be made aware of this immediately, so that it can be assessed whether it is permissible to make changes to the tender documentation or provide supplementary information.
