The procurement aims to find a trading company that will ensure the production, distribution and, with the help of them, the purchase of food and self-care products in their stores by people in need. The purchase of food and basic necessities is organised through cards with a specified monetary value based on a payment card (hereinafter referred to as food cards), giving food aid recipients themselves the opportunity to choose goods and a better time when to purchase them. The new system must be launched by the service provider no later than the end of QIII in 2023.
