The object is Edö 1, which is built in 1975.

The property consists of two interconnected souterrain buildings that today house nursing and care accommodation, servichus apartments and day operations.

Part of House A and whole House B is now current for a total construction engineering rearmament. The redevelopment also includes rearmament of the courtyards.

The redevelopment comprises about 10,500 m².
