The building structure to be developed must implement functional and organizational relationships in the best possible way and enable economic operation. In terms of urban planning, the new building has to be integrated into the existing structure. The NUF of the building is approximately 3833 m 2 , Maximum cost framework (cost group 300 + 400 according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12): EUR 14.7 million gross, cost group 300: approx. EUR 10.5 million gross, cost group 400: approx. EUR 4.2 million gross. The selected applicants should propose solutions for the planning task in accordance with Section 76 (2) VgV, which are decisive for the selection of the contractor.
