The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 pcs. brand new trucks with GVW up to 7.2 t tipper with HDS in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The procedure is divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 – delivery of 1 pc brand new truck with GVW up to 7.2 t tipper with HDS;
Part 2 – delivery of 1 pc. brand new truck with GVW up to 7.2 t tipper with HDS.
Deliveries are to be carried out in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Delivery 1 pc. brand new truck with GVW up to 7.2 t tipper with HDSThe subject of the contract in part 1 is the delivery of 1 pc. brand new truck with GVW up to 7.2 t dump truck with HDS, year of manufacture of the completed vehicle 2023 or 2022 in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Delivery 1 pc. brand new truck with GVW up to 7.2 t tipper with HDSThe subject of the contract in part 2 is the delivery of 1 pc. brand new truck with GVW up to 7.2 t dump truck with HDS, year of manufacture of the completed vehicle 2023 or 2022 in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
