1. The subject of the contract is: there are employee services consisting in the Contractor's handing over of employees to perform tasks related to the implementation of employee services for MZUK
Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the Contractor's duties as well as the principles of cooperation and mutual settlements of the Contractor with the Ordering Party are included in the draft contract constituting an annex to the SWZ.

5. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act consisting in repeating the scope of the subject of the contract by 50%. The estimated number of man-hours covered by the basic order is approx. 31,520 hours. Increase man-hours by 50%, i.e. by 15,760 hours.
