The subject of the proceedings is: delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Włocławek commune based on the possessed technical documentation 42 pieces mounted on real estate owned by natural persons, mounted on the roofs of buildings - 38 pieces and on the ground 4 pieces and roofs of public buildings owned by the Włocławek commune in the amount of 2 pieces. A list of the distribution of photovoltaic micro installations is included in Annex 1 to the ToR "List - distribution of photovoltaic micro installations in the commune of Włocławek",
2) delivery and assembly of 2 pcs of photovoltaic installations with 7.02 kWP and 39 KWP for public buildings, delivery and assembly of photovoltaic inverters,
4) delivery and assembly of other devices,
5) delivery and installation of complete cabling,
6) supply and installation of overvoltage protections and lightning protection systems, if required.
Supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the commune of Włocławek based on the technical documentation possessed 42 units mounted on real estate owned by natural persons, mounted on the roofs of buildings - 38 pieces and on the ground 4 pieces and roofs of public buildings owned by the Włocławek commune 2 pieces. 2) delivery and assembly of 2 photovoltaic installations with 7.02 kWP and 39 KWP for public buildings,
1. Solar modules should have the following features:
a) monocrystalline modules mounted on a support structure described in the design documentation tailored to the given type and roof sheathing,
b) the surface of a single solar panel should not be less than, 1.65 m
c) a single module should have from 60 to 120 cells,
d) the power of a single module should be not less than 320 Wp in STC conditions,
e) efficiency of a single panel not less than 18.8% in STC conditions,
f) power tolerance from 0 to 5 Wp, confirmed by a flash test provided with the modules,
g) Module serial numbers located in 3 places: data plate, module frame and under glass,
h) module weight not less than 18 kg and not more than 19 kg,
i) temperature coefficient Pmax not greater than -0.37% /
j) minimum number of busbars - 5,
k) the direction and angle of inclination of the module should be selected in such a way as to ensure the most effective operation of the entire installation in given building conditions,
l) "Monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) modules for ground applications - design qualification and type approval" and PN-En 61730-1 and 61730-2 issued no later than 2016 "Solar module safety assessment" or equivalent,
m) maximum static load of 5,400 Pa, maximum wind suction of 2,400 Pa,
n) PID-free modules (certificate confirming the positive result of tests of module resistance to degradation induced by PID potential in accordance with IEC 62804),
o) solar modules have a CE mark in accordance with applicable EU directives,
p) manufacturer's warranty for the module power (linear) min. 25 years,
q) module production date not later than October 2019, confirmed by the manufacturer,
r) module installation should be carried out in accordance with the recommendations and instructions provided by the manufacturer. The module should be tightened to the structure with a clamp using the appropriate force recommended by the manufacturer using a torque wrench.
3.5. The inverter should:
a) be 3-phase or 1-phase for buildings with a 1-phase installation up to 3.68 kWp and for PV installations with a power less than 3 kWp,
b) European efficiency factor min. 96.2%,
c) initial operating voltage ≤ 200 V,
d) have a voltage cut-off protection in the absence of mains,
e) have the ability to communicate with the network (Ethernet), RS485 module or WiFi,
f) have a housing degree of tightness of at least IP65,
g) should be able to collect information on the amount of electricity generated,
h) have a built-in communication module for data transmission,
i) should be able to store measurement data,
j) have a min. 10-year manufacturer's warranty for correct operation,
k) the output power of the device should be close to the total rated power of solar modules (max. +20% deviation of the inverter power in relation to the total power of installed solar modules),
l) degree of protection: min. IP65
m) operating temperature range: -25
n) declaration of compliance with Directive 2014/53 / EU and Directive 2014/30 / EU,
o) certificate of compliance with the standards: PN-EN 62109-1: 2010 PN-EN 62109-2: 2011 PN-EN 62116: 2014-11 PN-EN 50438: 2014-02 (or EN 50438: 2013).
