1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a portable ultrasound machine for "Poddębice Centrum Zdrowia" Sp. z o.o. in Poddębice, in quantities and assortment specified in Annex 2 to SWZ – Price form and technical parameters of medical equipment.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the technical parameters required by the ordering party has been specified in the Price Form and technical parameters of medical equipment – Annex 2 to the SWZ.
