Lot 25 — Construction cleaning.

The University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald plans to build the new Center for Life Science and Plasma Technology (Z4LP) within the city limits. For this purpose, an existing parking space is cleared and prepared for the upcoming new building.

This includes:

— rough cleaning — 10 700 m2,

— rough cleaning of outdoor areas — 500 m2,

— pick up and dispose of protective covers — 5 900 m2

— construction cleaning — 10 700 m2

— follow-up cleaning — 6 260 m2,
