The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is planning a new E6 (European road 6) between Klemetsrud and Ulven, including a new E6 in tunnel on the section Abildsø-Ulven. The total length of the section is approx. 14 km.

The assignment includes preparation of:

— An overview plan/preliminary project and collection of basic data for the road system (which shall form the basis for the impact assessment and solution choices), as well as various subjects/elements for the entire project (all stages).

— A general impact assessment for the entire project area.

— A technical detail plan for the zoning plan stage 1.

— A detailed zoning plan for stage 1.

The consultant must also assist the supplier in connection with the planning process.

The contracting authority also requests the following options:

— Detailed zoning plans for the sections in stages 2, 3 and 4.

— Construction plan engineering design for stage 1, i.e. preparation of complete tender documentation for the contract(s), construction drawings/mark-out data and follow-up during the construction period, including providing assistance for checking the surveyor's certificate of area measure and final documentation.
